Details
Bedrooms:
Bedrooms were designed to provide privacy and comfort. Simple layouts, good ventilation, and calm interior planning help create a restful residential atmosphere.
MATERIALS & FINISHES
Materials were selected based on durability, ease of maintenance, and suitability for a tropical climate. Finishes were chosen to complement the overall residential character while ensuring long-term performance.
Neutral tones and natural textures help maintain visual balance and comfort throughout the home.
The furniture selection emphasizes clean lines and functionality, with pieces that blend seamlessly into the space without overpowering it. Multi-functional and space-saving designs, such as extendable tables or storage-integrated sofas, are prominent. Classic Scandinavian design icons, such as Hans Wegner-inspired chairs, are subtly incorporated.
EXECUTION & SUPERVISION:
Architectural and civil coordination ensured structural stability
Safety principles were followed during construction
Continuous supervision maintained quality standards
Design intent was preserved throughout execution
